Undergraduate Applications, Clearing and Adjustment
If you wish to find out whether or not you have been successful in your undergraduate application to Newcastle University for September 2014 entry, you can access your applicant record at UCAS through the online Track service at www.ucas.com. If you are enquiring about Clearing or Adjustment at Newcastle University you can view any vacancy and contact information online at http://www.ncl.ac.uk/clearing
Do you need to update your Student Loan Application?
To ensure that your payments are made on time, any changes to your original finance application must be submitted to the Student Loan Company BEFORE the start of term for the institution you listed on your finance application (for Newcastle University the start of term is Monday 22 September). Failure to update your Student Loan application with the correct Institution and/or programme of study by this time could result in delayed payments to you.
Accommodation
If you are waiting for details of your room allocation, we aim to send you information via e-mail within two weeks of obtaining your Unconditional Offer to study at the University. Non-guaranteed students, including those who applied late, or have been accepted via Insurance or Clearing, will only be processed from the 1st of September. If you have not heard anything by the 5th of September, please contact us again via our online Enquiry Form.
